Synopsis: Ellie avoids verbal communication because she hears an ECHO of -what she thinks to be- the thoughts of the speaker. She survives thanks to her landlady. Manu moves into the apartment across. Day by day, their routines echo each others.

We are proud to announce that Echo has won 25 awards and 14 nominations in over 80 festivals and has screened in every continent excluding the Arctic!
On the 3rd of March 2024 we travel to Iran for the “13th Tehran International Animation Festival (TIAF)” (official selection, in competition)
On December 28th we won the “BEST ANIMATION AWARD” at the “DIGITAL FILM FESTIVAL ISTANBUL”, in Turkey.
December 5th 2023 “echo” screened at SPICY INDIE INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL in Athens Greece (Official selection)
On November 24-26 we traveled to the Waterford international film festival, in Ireland for our Irish Premiere in the Best Short Animation Programme.
On September 28th 2023 we traveled to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, for SEA Kre8tif! as a Finalist for SEA KRE8TIF! AWARDS 2023.
On September 25 echo screened at the “2 11 17” International Film Festival in Trichy, India and Won “BEST ANIMATED SHORT FILM” and “BEST SCRIPT”.
September 21st 2023 we headed to the Caorle Independent Film Festival in Venezia Italy (official Selection).
On September 2023 SHORTS MÉXICO – Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes de México featured echo in the INTERNATIONAL ANIMATION COMPETITION.
On September 12th 2023 we won the Cinematic Achievement Award at the1st KISFFO Karditsa International Short Film Festival Opseis in Karditsa Greece.
In the 3rd of August 2023 echo travelled to Portland Festival of Cinema, Animation & Technology (Oregon Premiere, Official selection) and won “best 2d animation”.
On June 15-16 2023 we returned to Bulgaria for the 20th IN THE PALACE international film festival an Academy award qualifying festival.
June 7-11 we screened at GOLDEN KUKER THE INTERNATIONAL ANIMATION FILM FESTIVAL (IAFF) – SOFIA Bulgaria (official selection, Bulgarian premiere)
31 May – 4 June we were part of Cartoons on the bay Italy The INTERNATIONAL SHOWCASE (OUT OF COMPETITION PULCINELLA AWARDS 2023 (INTERNATIONAL PANORAMA)
Great news from India, in May Echo won two awards. Best Animated Film at PRABU PRABU RED CARPET INTERNATIONAL FILM AWARDS and Best Animation at MAMADURAI INTERNATIONAL FILM AWARDS.
On May we went to Brazil at the Tietê International Film Awards and won best film award and got two nominations, best script and best sound.
On May the 6th we screened at the FFAA Festival du film d’animation d’Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire Premiere, Official selection).
On May the 4th echo traveled back to Brazil and ANIMATIBA – FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE ANIMAÇÃO DE CURITIBA Brasil (Official selection).
On April 30th we return to California and the Palm Springs International Animation Festival (PSIAF) (official Selection).
On the 29th of April we travelled to Nigeria and the Eko International Film Festival Lagos Nigeria where in our Nigerian premiere “echo” won “Best Animation”.
On April 5, 2023 we screened in Africa and the Apedemak Sudan International Animation Film Festival (Sudanese premier, Official selection).
On March 30 Echo screened at AniMate – Australia Animation Film Festival (Oceania premiere, Best Animated Film Finalist).
On March 21st Echo screened at BAYAMÓN INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL in Puerto Rico (Puerto Riccan Premiere, Official selection).
On the 15th of March 2023 “echo” won “Best Short Animation” at the Liverpool Indie Awards festival in the UK.
On the 29th of January 2023 “echo” won Greek animation’s highest honor, the “Stratos Stasinos” award for best Professional production by ASIFA Hellas and the Greek Film Centre.
In January 18th we had our African premiere at the Out of Africa International Film Festival Nairobi Kenya (African Premiere, Official selection)
December 4th 2022 we screened at the Ionian Contemporary Animation Festival Corfu Greece (official Selection, 2nd Place Greek Production)

Echo was nominated “Best short Animation” at the “Montreal International Animation Film Festival ANIMAZE 2022” in Canada on November 11, 2022. Our Quebecois premiere and our third Canadian Screen Award qualifier Festival.
Echo was nominated “Best Animation” at Jakarta Independent Film Festival 2022 in November 2, 2022.
In the 1st of November 2022 Echo is participating in Aesthetica Film Festival 2022 at York
United Kingdom, a BAFTA Award qualifier Festival.
On October 28th 2022 echo had its Cypriot premiere at The Animattikon Project in Paphos Cyprus.
On October 19, 2022, Echo returned to Chania Greece for the Chania Film Festival.
Echo had its Georgian Premiere on September 22nd 2022 and WON “Best Animation” at the ME fest 2022 in Milledgeville-Eatonton, Georgia United States.
One more Greek island stop in our tour on September 25th, 2022 for the prestigious Animasyros 2022 at Ermoupolis in Syros island Greece.
On September 17th, 2022 Echo is hopping on a ferry to the beautiful port-city of Chania in the island of Crete Greece for the 6th Chaniartoon 2022.
We opened the Drama International Short Film Festival in the city of Drama
Greece on September 5, 2022 with a Special Screening.
Echo screened at Neum Animated Film Festival 2022 at Neum, Bosnia and Herzegovina as a part of their Panorama Naff 2022 making it our Bosnia and Herzegovina Premiere

On April 7th 2022 ECHO screened at this year’s American Documentary And Animation Film Festival and Film Fund! An Academy Award qualifying Festival. We couldn’t be more honoured and incredibly excited to be part of such a prestigious event.
On December 4th 2021 Echo started its festival run with our World premiere at the Los Angeles Animation Festival 2021 and won two awards the “Filmfest award for excellence” and “Silver character-based short”. A fantastic start for our films journey in the festival circuit.
